business philosophy. your appreciation of these policies will assist
us in providing

customer service .
1-Appointments are required for trying on wedding
gowns. We also do our best to
accommodate walk-in brides for trying wedding gowns
only (bridesmaids are only by
appointments, Monday through
Brides will be provided with service to try
on wedding gowns based on the availability of a changing room
and a sales consultant.
2-Appointments are always required
for browsing or trying on bridesmaids
we are sorry, but we can't accommodate
3-We have price-match policy with authorized retailers,
we also match competitor's Trunk
4-When the balance is paid upon the arrival of the
dress, we offer FREE storage of all
special ordered dresses until the
5-The bride will be the point of contact between Bella
Bridal and her entire bridal party.
6-Checks are not accepted for final payments.
7-Shipping dates obtained from the manufacturers are approximate,
and the estimated
delivery time on special orders is 4 to 8
months. Rush deliveries are available at extra cost.
8-All sales are final, deposits are non-refundable, and unpaid
balances are due upon
receiving of the ordered item at Bella Bridal Gallery.
9- Alterations are Extra.
10- Press and Steam are also extra.
11-It is the customer's responsibility to pick up the special
ordered items from Bella Bridal
Gallery after it has been received, and before the wear date.
12-We offer up to 3 try-on appointments for Wedding Gowns, and one
dresses before placing an order
with full compliance to our store policies.
13-We register all customers. On-line shoppers and brides trying
to obtain information for the sole purpose of
ordering elsewhere and/or on-line
are investigated and reported if necessary.
14-Our alteration services are offered exclusively for brides that
have purchased their
wedding gowns through Bella Bridal Gallery.
